Eligibility for Returns

Note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
